WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we haven’t sent out your order yet, we can refund the full amount. Send an email to [email protected] if you would like to cancel and find details in our returns policy.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We work with stripe as our payment gateway and take Credit / Debit card, PayPal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases however if you are not content with your order, we accept returns and exchanges per the terms below.

We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of product that you wish to return the product. All items must be unused, in original unopened condition, and with labels still attached.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Once the returns have reached us, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Every effort is make to ensure that you receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of dispatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement. To initiate the faulty item process email us at [email protected] with your order number and description of the fault/damage.

We have different sizes like (S, M, L, XL). Please refer our SIZE chart on each product page to choose your correct size, please email us if we don’t have your size and we will let you know when we restock!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates) only.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders valued at AED 200 or more to be delivered within the borders of UAE (United Arab Emirates).

For orders less than AED 200 we charge AED 21 for standard shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We always strive to ship an order out as quickly as possible and our standard shipping method takes between 24-72 working hours for delivery.

For orders placed on Friday after 3pm and over the weekend estimated delivery is on the following Monday.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please contact us with your order number if you require a tracking number.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY STOCKINGS?

Our stockings are delicate. We recommend to hand wash or wash on a delicate cycle 30 degrees maximum and lay to dry. Do not tumble dry.
